Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. Primary Feature
The big draw is certainly permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content that can help users design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the applications only function on Windows.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
